Recently, the Grand View Garden ushered in the final appraisal and acceptance inspection on the construction work of the municipal-level tourism service standardized demonstration pilot from 2016 to 2017.
Since the Grand View Garden was listed as the construction pilot in May 2016, it paid great attention to it, persisting in utilizing the opportunity of standardization construction, endeavored to make breakthrough in improving the management level and service quality, launched the standardized system applicable for its own management requirements and mobilized all forces available to push for the construction work. Through unremitting efforts of one year and a half, notable achievements have been made in developing the standards into habits.
Officials of the appraisal group and experts listened to the work report, inspected the scenic area, reviewed the accounting book and then gave a high score. They believed: firstly, the park’s leadership attached great importance to the construction work, providing powerful organizational guarantee for the smooth proceeding. Secondly, the Company launched comprehensive and adequate internal publication, implementation and training of the standardization knowledge. Thirdly, the standardized text compiled according to the company’s realities was well mannered and effective. Fourthly, the implementation, supervision and inspection of standardization were all in place and maintained good conditions. The Grand View Garden achieved its goals, meanwhile, shaped its own featured management standards and measured up its general habits step by step, which was of certain demonstration value.
