“Yichuangtong” service platform (yct.sh.gov.cn) (Yichuangtong, namely all-in-one window, YCT for short) was launched online on March 31 (last Saturday).
“Servants” of the Qingpu District Market Regulation Bureau (the Bureau for short) gave up rest for further building outstanding business environment, and successfully accepted the first enterprise establishment application in Qingpu at 13:40 on March 31. Due to “YCT” service platform, time for enterprise establishment is shortened from 22 days to 5 days. Qingpu endeavors more to compress it to 3 days. After approved by the preliminary examination of “YCT” platform, applicants should submit application with formatted texts. If the materials are complete, business license will be issued on the very day upon examination.
As the unified online platform for application for enterprise establishment in Shanghai built by the Municipal Industrial and Commercial Bureau, “YCT” embraces two functions: firstly, it accepts online application for business license, official seal and taxation affairs for enterprises under establishment; secondly, it offers such services as making appointments for opening bank accounts and handling procedures for social securities. “YCT” merges functions including the municipal unified application for data synchronization, coordinative businesses handling, and instant feedback for results. Through unified application for information needed by authorities in terms of market supervision, public security, taxation affairs and banks, “YCT” supplies “one-station” services for enterprises. Simply speaking, upon procedures renovation, the necessary procedures for enterprise establishment decrease from 7 to 3, thus time for enterprise establishment is shortened from 22 days to 5 days. In addition, “YCT” integrates service systems originally equipped at websites of authorities. Thus applicants can complete application for enterprise establishment once and for all and avoid submitting data anew. “YCT” achieves linkage of governmental information for enterprise establishment.
