Kim Xim Hwan, Chief of Planning and Inspection Office of Boryeong, South Korea, has recently led a delegation of Boryeong to visit Qingpu. The both sides had discussed the results of friendly exchange and the cooperation in the future between the both sides.
Boryeong and Qingpu have founded a bonded relationship to be close friends since 1994. Extending his welcome to the delegation for exchange in Qingpu, Wang Lingyu, Deputy District Governor, has introduced the district’s development and measures in terms of education, medical care and culture, expecting to further strengthen cooperation on the both sides upon exchange in various forms.
Qingpu has developed rapidly in recent years, and harvested abundant fruits in aspects of administration, economy, education, medical care and sanitation with changeable urban appearances, said Kim. He expected that friendship on both sides grow strongly from age to age, continue on friendly exchanges and develop cooperative education in the future.
The delegation also came to Qingpu Experimental Middle School to learn the school’s development history and education concept. The school’s colorful courses related to Beidou Navigation, low-field nuclear magnetic resonance and unmanned aerial vehicles attracted the Korean guests. Exquisite pottery works in the Pottery Society aroused the interests of all, thus delegation members picked up tools to make potteries for a try.
Afterwards, the delegation headed to the health service center of Yingpu Sub-district to visit the consulting room of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM for short), the TCM repository and the recovery room for stitch wounds and massage therapy of the TCM comprehensive service zone, singing high praise for the profound knowledge of the TCM culture.
