  • Qingpu District, featuring northern subtropical monsoon climate and typical maritime climate, displays a temperate and humid climate with four distinct seasons, rich sunshine and rainfall as well as a long frost-free period. In 2004, the average temperature was around 17.2℃, with the lowest monthly average temperature of about 4.1℃ in January and the highest of about 29.4℃ in July. Accompanied with 326 frost-free days and 113 precipitation days, the annual precipitation and sunshine hours in Qingpu can reach 961.3 millimeters and 1,934.6 hours in total.
